Just everything.. its literally the best that birat nagar could offer to a tourist…location , services, hygiene , facilities, behaviour , response everything is just too good and a separate mention for interior which is again very good. Food offered is delicious.

I booked the hotel for a one day trial. I rebooked it for 8 days straight. The staffs were very professional. The hospitality is the best amongst the best. The rooms are cozy and clean. I loved my stay here. & Yes, I loved the breakfast menu every morning.

The location was good. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Even for any requirement of Taxi or anything else, they were very helpful. Perfect place to stay in Biratnagar, Nepal.

Stayed just one night because flight was cancelled. Staff was pleasant and helpful, did not try breakfast due to early checkout. Staff arranged transportation to the airport despite the early hour.

Very friendly and gentle staff - both at the reception as well as the room service staff. Very good hotel in Biratnagar when one look for comfort and cleanliness. Certainly recommend others.
